- Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. We both agree not to object to the forum, jurisdiction, or venue in these courts for any legal proceedings.
- No Class Actions: You agree to pursue any dispute on an individual basis and not as part of a collective group or class action, to the extent permitted by law.
